LOFT – Włodkowica Street, Wrocław

General reconstruction of an apartment in a former German tenement house in the center of Wrocław into an exclusive loft. A complex of works was carried out consisting in demolition of existing walls, floors, ceilings. All plasters were forged, after which renovation and impregnation of the old brick was done. All layers of floors and ceilings have been redone with an emphasis on acoustic qualities. Cladding the ceiling with properly prepared demolition boards, the same was installed old wooden beams. Solid oak floor. Old industrial lamps after renovation were used. The windows were painted black (the color of the kitchen). Plasters imitating raw concrete were made on some walls.
